Corporate

Australian Business Academy (ABA) is a premier Australian business education and training provider, delivering excellence in nationally-accredited and recognised courses. We offer a range of business Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses as well as tailored short courses. All are designed to meet the career and professional development needs of our domestic and international customers.

A premium education and training provider can be measured by the standard of its facilities, the excellence of its academic staff, the strength of its industry links and ultimately the success of its graduates. ABA courses are designed to develop both academic and practical business skills. The small class sizes mean that students are guaranteed individual attention.

Together with ABA's highly successful industry experience and graduate placement programs, graduates gaining a qualification from the Academy will join a select band of graduates who have excellent career and further tertiary study options.

ABA has consistently been recognised as an outstanding provider of education with more than 2,500 successful graduates.

ABA has won ACT Small Registered Training Organisation of the Year in 2008, 2003 and 2001. ABA has also been a finalist in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006. And ABA is thrilled to be one of the first vocational education providers nation-wide to be approved by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to offer VET FEE-HELP loans to students enrolled in eligible accelerated Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses that range from 6-18 months in duration.

Additional Information

Nationally Registered Vocational Education and Training (VET) Provider

ABA is a Registered Training Organisation under licensing issued by the ACT Vocational Education Training Authority (VETA).

This license is nationally recognised and, under mutual recognition, authorises ABA to deliver in Canberra, ACT and at the two campuses in Sydney, NSW. Full specifications of ABA's RTO details can be found at http://www.ntis.gov.au/. Only ABA's Canberra Campus is registered and licensed to enrol international students under CRICOS Provider Code 01752G.

ABA is a member of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training

ABA is a member of ACPET, the Australian Council for Private Education and Training - the national industry association for independent providers of post-compulsory education and training, for Australian and international students.

In all three campuses, ABA participates in ACPET's Australian Student Tuition Assurance Scheme (ASTAS).

The scheme ensures that students displaced from any course, due to the member's inability to continue the course (provided that course is conducted by an ACPET member participating in ASTAS), will be efficiently relocated with minimal disruption to studies in a comparable course with another ACPET member participating in ASTAS or other approved provider with no loss of fees paid. In addition for the Canberra Campus, ABA is a member of ACPET's OSTAS, an identical scheme for international students.

Complete details of these schemes can be found at www.acpet.edu.au

Cricos - International Licence

Australian Business Academy is registered and licensed to enrol international students at the Canberra Campus under CRICOS Provider Code 01752G.
