Entry to Australian Business Academy

All applications are considered on individual merit.

Australian Business Academy offers a wide range of courses, with variable entry requirements. The selection process includes an interview with Academy staff.

Other qualifications held will be considered upon application. Students with partially or fully completed qualifications from other institutions will be considered for Recognition of Prior Learning.

English Language Requirements

To be eligible for a student visa (for non-English language courses) you will need to have an IELTS score (or equivalent) of 5.5 or higher. Therefore the minimum IELTS score requirements for Australian Business Academy is 5.5.

Accounting

Advanced Diploma of Accounting
Year 12, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Business Administration

Diploma of Business Administration
Year 11, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Graphic Design

Diploma of Graphic Design
Year 11, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design
Completion of ABA Diploma of Graphic Design, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Marketing & Management

Diploma of Management
Year 11, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Advanced Diploma of Business (Marketing)
Completion of ABA Diploma of Management, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Sports Management

Advanced Diploma of Sports Management
Year 12, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Travel and Tourism

Certificate III in Tourism - International (Retail Travel)

Year 10, equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Diploma of Travel & Tourism

Completion of ABA Certificate III in Tourism - International (Retail Travel), equivalent industry experience or other relevant qualification

Advanced Diploma of Travel & Tourism
