There are 58 competencies in total for the Diploma of Management. You will be assessed continuously throughout the year. Your assignments are marked in the following way:

- Competent - credit distinction

Your transcript will have these classifications which is different from a lot of other VET providers who just use the Competent or Not Yet Competent classifications. This grading system is more appealing to employers and universities as they know how well you did, not just that you have the qualification.
If you are looking to continue your studies further, this course can lead to a Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Commerce degree. You will gain 24 credit points towards a 72 point degree which is the equivalent to 1 year.
You'll be able to study 0.5 years at ABA and gain 1 year off your University degree!
You can gain your 3 year degree in 2.5 years - 6 months at ABA for your Diploma of Management and 2 years finishing your Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Commerce at university. We have articulation agreements in place with universities across Australia including the University of Canberra.
