The full-time Management courses give you the skills and knowledge you need to get a job in almost any industry, quickly. You might like to start in business management, operations, HR or marketing in any business or government body or even in a not-for profit organisation.
You will be assessed continuously throughout the year. Your assignments are marked in the following way:
- Competent - high distinction
- Competent - credit distinction
- Competent
- Not yet competent
Your transcript will have these classifications which is different from a lot of other VET providers who just use the Competent or Not Yet Competent classifications. This grading system is more appealing to employers and universities as they know how well you did, not just that you have the qualification.
If you are looking to continue your studies further, this course can lead to a Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Commerce degree. You can gain 24 credit points towards a 72 point degree which is the equivalent to 1 year at some universities.
You'll be able to study 0.5 years at ABA and gain 1 year off your University degree!
