We consult with many industry groups like Innovation & Business Skills Australia, our business partners and Learning Facilitators (who are from the industry) for feedback. Because our students like you enter into internship programs, we have opportunity to talk with businesses about our course content and assessment processes. Our courses are highly practical. We check that the content we offer you is relevant, up-to-date and capable of producing the kind of graduates that today's businesses are actively seeking.
All of our Learning Facilitators are working within the industries they teach. None are full-time teachers; all are experienced in their subjects with current industry knowledge, many of them running a business of their own. Reason #5 VET FEE-HELP and flexible payment options allow you to 'study now and pay later' to meet your financial needs
"So how on earth do I pay for my study?"
A perfectly reasonable question. And one that deserves to be answered, simply and clearly.
There are three main options here:
- VET FEE-HELP
- Fortnightly instalments
- Up-front payment
1. VET FEE-HELP, is a government education loan scheme. This means there is no barrier to you gaining the education you want. It doesn't matter how much - or how little - money you have in your pocket (nor does your age, sex or educational background matter). If you're an Australian citizen and you've got a tax file number, you can study now and not pay anything until your salary reaches certain thresholds (see our VET FEE-HELP page for the current booklet to identify the thresholds for this tax year). Once you're earning over the threshold, you start paying it back at a very reasonable rate per year.
2. Fortnightly instalments can be paid through direct debit.
3. If you are working yourself, have an employer who wants to make a contribution or have parents who want to help, there is up-front payment options that can be paid via cash, EFT or credit card.
So there's no reason NOT to study, is there? If you need to upgrade your skills to keep your job, get a more enjoyable or better-paying job - just do it.

Reason #6 We offer individual one-on-one support and small class sizes to ensure your success
So you've sorted your fees, you've started your course and it's challenging. It should be challenging, as this is where the rewards are found.. when you are stretched. So what happens if you struggle?
Put the work in and we'll be there to support you, one-on-one, with:
- extra tutorials
- understanding content
- training and coaching in study habits (if you need it)
- second chance at submitting exams or assessments if you fail
- workshops to re-sit exams successfully (if you need it)
- resume and interview preparation
We won't do it for you but we will be there to assist you because we care. Fair enough?
With class sizes of 20 or less, you're going to get the support you need. Whatever your background and wherever you're from - so long as you put the work in, we'll help to equip you with the tools you need to succeed.
